Andrew Critchley
Founder & Principal — Governance Risk, Investigative Integrity, Human-Factor Analysis
I work with senior leaders in high-trust, high-scrutiny environments where decisions must be defensible, oversight must function under pressure, and mistakes carry real consequences.
My background combines more than 25 years of international policing experience with academic research examining the relationship between leadership, and employee engagement in complex organizations.
I have led complex investigations involving governance and oversight failures. I remain the only investigator in Alberta to utilize Alberta’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA), and secure a criminal conviction.
