With over 25 years of international leadership and public safety experience, Andrew Critchley founded Aegis Strategy Group to bridge the gap between strategic direction and human behaviour in modern organizations.

Drawing on operational leadership and academic rigour, Andrew helps decision-makers thrive in high-stakes, hybrid, and rapidly evolving environments. His evidence-based frameworks integrate psychology, leadership science, and systems thinking—ensuring measurable results where trust, clarity, and accountability are critical.

Andrew holds a Master’s in Psychology, a Bachelor’s in Criminology, Sociology, and Psychology, and certifications in Business and Administration. His research on leadership, digital competence, and employee engagement in hybrid workplaces has been downloaded internationally over 200 times, shaping Aegis Strategy Group’s core development frameworks.
